· Autograph poem, "'Twas this - 'twas this" : (MISC 2831c), unsigned, with another poem, "I'll not believe it," on the verso in another hand. · To a Mr. Marsh, possibly of Bentley's publishing house : 1 autograph letter signed ; 25 Dec [ca. mid 1830's], concerning the contents, copyright, and pagination of a collection of songs. · To a Mrs. Stace of Shirley Park, Croydon : 1 autograph letter signed ; 8 Jul 1836 (MISC 2831b), asking whether he and his wife could come and stay for a few days. · To unidentified publisher[s], probably including Richard Bentley : 3 autograph letters signed ; ca. 1831 (MISC 2831a), mentioning his song "L'Esperance" ; ca. 25 Feb 1831 (MISC 3384), begins: "I must apologise to you for not attending to your account at Xmas ..." ; 11 Nov. [n.y.] (MISC 3453), asking for any remaining copies of his 'Rough Sketches of Bath' and 'Parliamentary letters', so that he may prevent further sale of these "juvenile productions." · To an unidentified actor : 1 autograph letter signed ; 25 Oct [n.y.] (MISC 3588), sending a farce called "How do you manage" because he wants his correspondent to take the principal part.
